Thursday, 27 January 2011.  Digicel Foundation Haiti launches Ecole St. Jeanne de Chantal Becky de Wine, a new permanent six-classroom pre-school at Bellecourt, Cité Soleil this morning in partnership with the local organization Hands Together.
